60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Difficult extubation after general anesthesia requires invasive mechanical ventilation (expected to exceed 24 hours); 2.Patients aged 60-75 years; 3.Patients or their family members sign the informed consent for the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known to be allergic to experimental drugs or patients with a history of severe allergy or family history; 2. Long-term use of narcotic analgesics, sedatives or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs patients;3.Opioid-dependent or opioid-tolerant; 4. Circulatory failure was observed in patients supported by large doses of vasoactive drugs; 5. Bradycardia, heart rate <= 55 beats/min; 6. High atrioventricular block without a pacemaker; 7. The patient was complicated with craniocerebral injury and intracranial hypertension; 8. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; 9. A previous history of allergic disease; 10. Patients who have a history of mental illness; 11. The investigator did not consider it appropriate to participate in this clinical study.
