18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-65 years, regardless of gender; 2. Patients with bone and soft tissue exposure in the head and neck, or wounds that cannot be repaired by skin grafting after tumor resection; 3. Patients who can fully understand the risk of surgery and can sign informed consent and ethical consent independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women and elderly patients with obvious physical decline; 2. Patients with positive iodine allergy test and abnormal renal function; 3. Patients with severe temperament diseases who can not tolerate surgery; 4. Patients with mental illness.
