Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were as follows Patients with M1 / m2 segment occlusion of middle cerebral artery combined with ipsilateral carotid artery stenosis = 70% were treated with intracranial mechanical thrombectomy 1. Patients over 18 years old; 2. Patients within 24 hours of onset; 3. Patients with mechanical embolectomy in middle cerebral artery occlusion; 4. Patients with ipsilateral carotid artery stenosis underwent stent implantation or balloon dilation; 5. Patients with intracranial hemorrhage and subarachnoid hemorrhage were excluded by CT; 6. Patients with other contraindications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were as follows 1. Operation contraindication: active bleeding or patients with obvious bleeding tendency; 2. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Patients with blood glucose 22.2mmol/l; 4. Patients with hypertension that cannot be controlled by drugs.
