Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All preterm infants with gestational age < 32 weeks who were born in or transferred to the participating centers from October 1, 2020 to January 1, 2022.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with the following conditions should be excluded from the study: 1. The mother suffers from endocrine diseases or takes drugs that affect thyroid function, such as levothyroxine tablets; 2. The patients who did not detect thyroid function one week after birth; 3. Patients with incomplete case data; 4. Patients with obvious congenital malformations or congenital chromosome or genetic diseases; 5. Patients who use levothyroxine tablets and other drugs that affect thyroid function; 6. Premature infants who died during hospitalization or transferred to other hospitals during treatment.
