Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients were in accordance with the society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I ~ II; 2. Patients who underwent painless gastroscopy combined with colonoscopy in outpatient department; 3. Patients without cardiovascular disease or other complications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refuse to accept sedation; 2. Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases, such as hypertension, severe arrhythmia, unstable angina pectoris, asthma, acute respiratory infection, liver and kidney dysfunction, severe obesity, and allergy to narcotic drugs.
