Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 20-40 years; 2. The subjects who were over 37 weeks old; 3. Primiparas with natural childbirth and no contraindication of natural childbirth were selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with gestational age < 37 weeks
