Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-65 years old; 2. Patients who met the aseptic SIRS or sepsis 1.0 standard, but did not meet the sepsis 3.0 standard.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other microbial infections, such as fungi, viruses and parasites, except bacteria; 2. Patients with malignant tumor treated by radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immune targeting therapy; 3. Patients with hematologic diseases and immune diseases; 4. Patients with long-term use of glucocorticoids; 5. Patients or family members refuse to sign informed consent.
