Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed as inflammatory bowel disease, and the disease was in the active stage; 2. The patients were suitable for hormone therapy; 3. The patient was older than 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with active peptic ulcer, recent gastrointestinal anastomosis, severe hypertension, severe diabetes, infection beyond the control of antibiotics, fracture, wound repair period, corneal ulcer; 2. Patients with pituitary tumor, adrenal tumor, adrenocortical hypofunction, adrenal hyperfunction and other diseases affecting HPA axis function; 3. Patients who had or are suffering from severe mental illness and epilepsy; 4. Pregnant women; 5. Patients with poor compliance are difficult to cooperate with follow-up and refuse to participate in the study.
