Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All outpatients of Joint Shantou International Eye Center of Shantou University and The Chinese University of Hongkong after May 2016.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: In order to ensure the integrity and representativeness of big data and the credibility in evaluating the value of the new electronic medical record system, no outpatient medical data will be excluded.
