Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The objects over 18 years old have clear consciousness and have no language communication barrier; 2. The subjects whose hads scores were more than 8; 3. Subjects who voluntarily participate in the study and sign informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe physical disease or severe organ failure; 2. Patients with previous history of anxiety or depression, hypothyroidism and other physical diseases leading to depression; 3. Patients with organic mental disorders; 4. Patients with history of psychoactive substances such as alcohol dependence; 5. Patients who are not suitable for psychotherapy.
