Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with age >= 40 years old; 2. Patients who were mainly diagnosed with COPD at admission and met the gold guidelines for the diagnosis of acute exacerbation of COPD; 3. consent to join the exercise programme; 4. able to complete the walking test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unwilling to sign the informed consent form; 2. Patients with cognitive impairment; 3. Patients with complications affecting rehabilitation treatment, such as visual impairment, acute cardiovascular events (myocardial embolism or infarction), skeletal muscle disease (fracture), nervous system disease (myasthenia gravis), mental system disease (schizophrenia), advanced tumor, etc.
