Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 60 years old; or surgical inpatients in the unit where the members of the project team belong, who are diagnosed with malignant tumor and intend to undergo surgical treatment; or critical patients who need to be treated in intensive care unit for various reasons; 2. Patients without contraindications of enteral nutrition; 3. Patients who signed informed consent and were willing to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with uncontrollable or severe heart, liver, lung and kidney diseases; 2. Those who have a history of stroke, epilepsy, primary brain tumor or tumor brain metastasis, who are unable to communicate with each other; 3. Patients with coagulation dysfunction or other blood diseases; 4. Patients with emergency operation; 5. Patients who are unable to take exercise intervention due to physical disability or mental disorder; 6. Patients who are allergic to ons during perioperative period; 7. Patients with other malignant diseases; 8. Patients who are not expected to obtain follow-up data.
