Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of myopia in children and adolescents; 2. Patients aged 7-16 years; 3. The patients who signed the informed consent form, the process of obtaining the informed consent conforms to the requirements of clinical trial management norms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Strabismus or amblyopia; 2. Myopia is associated with retinal dystrophy or developmental disorders; 3. Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardio cerebrovascular disease, liver and kidney disease, hematopoiesis system, and psychotic patients; 4. Patients who use other related drugs or treat myopia within 2 weeks; 5. Patients with diopter less than - 0.5d, or fundus changes associated with pathological myopia and / or significant functional impairment; 6. Patients with poor compliance were unable to obtain refractive data within 14 weeks and were participating in other clinical trials.
