Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The first diagnosis met the diagnostic criteria of ankle joint functional assessment tool (ajfat). (1) In the past year, there was at least one obvious injury of the lateral ligament of the ankle joint, which caused the foot unable to bear load or needed to walk with crutches; (2) There was no serious injury of lower limb and no fracture of ankle joint; (3) At least one or more repeated sprains of the affected limb or ankle joint instability or weakness; (4) No obvious structural instability was found in the front drawer test. 2. Patients with right (or habitual leg) injury, aged 18-24 years. 3. There is no lower limb injury (hip, knee or metatarsophalangeal joint) that may affect the jumping ability and balance ability of one leg. 4. Those who have not received formal or informal rehabilitation training. 5. Objects with sports experience of certain duration and frequency (three or more sports training / activities per week). 6. Those who are not allergic to latex.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ankle ligament injury of more than II degree (including II degree); 2. Patients with fracture and joint dislocation; 3. Patients with osteochondritis dissecans of ankle joint; 4. Patients with severe osteoarthritis and traumatic arthritis; 5. Patients with rheumatic diseases and metabolic diseases; 6. Patients with foot deformity; 7. Patients with latex allergy.
