control group:After local anesthetic is given to the sacral cavity, intravenous injection of normal saline 0.1ml/kg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with concealed penis lengthening; 2. Patients aged 1-12 years, ASA I grade; 3. The family members of the child signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with developmental retardation and mental retardation; 2. The object of mental disorder; 3. Patients with neuromuscular diseases; 4. Patients with abnormal coagulation function; 5. Patients with drug allergy history; 6. Patients with puncture site infection.
