Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 18 and 75 years old; 2. Patients with esophagectomy for esophageal cancer; 3. Patients with swallowing obstruction symptoms; 4. Patients with anastomotic stricture on barium meal or radiography; 5. Patients with no new organism in the anastomotic stoma under gastroscope, the body of gastroscope can not pass through the stoma; 6. Patients who sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with anastomotic leakage; 2. Patients with poor physical condition and unable to tolerate gastroscopy; 3. Patients with recurrent esophageal cancer at anastomotic site; 4. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease, coagulation dysfunction, severe anemia and other organ tumor diseases, which affect the operation of gastroscope expansion or stent implantation or postoperative follow-up; 5. Patients who had undergone endoscopic dilatation or stent implantation for anastomotic stenosis.
