Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-50 years old; 2. Patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head diagnosed by MRI; 3. 20 patients with Arco stage 1 and stage 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have received the treatment of other research drugs in the last 30 days; 2. There is virus activity infection and the research leader thinks that it will reduce the patient's tolerance; 3. Subjects in pregnancy or lactation period; 4. Patients with severe complications; 5. Patients with serious heart disease, such as history of congestive heart failure, arrhythmia, angina pectoris, etc.
