Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) who are expected to receive kidney transplantation at least 12 weeks and who are on the waiting list of late donors for kidney transplantation in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College; 2. Patients aged 18-60 years old; 3. Patients who voluntarily participate in the study should sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unstable angina pectoris, new arrhythmia, recent myocardial infarction or unstable cardiovascular events; 2. Patients with recent cerebrovascular accident and modified Rankin Scale (MRS) >= 3; 3. Patients with other serious diseases who can not participate in sports.
