Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old; 2. Primiparas with single head position; 3. Patients with ASA grades 1-2; 4. Patients who voluntarily request labor analgesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with premature rupture of membranes for more than 6 hours during analgesia; 2. Patients with body temperature > 37.5 degrees; 3. Patients with less than 4 hours of analgesia; 4. Patients with GBS (+), gestational hypertension and gestational diabetes mellitus complicated with other systemic infections; 5. Those patients whose epidural analgesia is contraindicated.
