Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients who had tracheotomy or tracheal intubation had dyspnea, and chest CT showed tracheal stenosis; 2. Patients who can tolerate bronchoscopy and interventional therapy; 3. Patients with routine physical examination, three routine examinations, electrocardiogram, liver and kidney function, coagulation function, chest CT, pulmonary function and blood gas analysis before operation; 4. The age of patients is not limited, male and female are not limited; 5. Patients who have good compliance and can cooperate with experimental observation; 6. Be fully informed of the purpose and method of the trial, the patients who agree to participate in the study, and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe basic diseases, important organ failure and abnormal coagulation function; 2. Patients with tracheomalacia stenosis; 3. Patients with malignant airway tumor; 4. Patients with other special non scar lesions, such as tracheobronchial ossification, amyloidosis and recurrent polychondritis; 5. Patients with incomplete case data.
