18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need to establish artificial airway, and the artificial airway retention time is expected to be more than 2 days; 2. Patients with successful intubation for the first time; 3. Patients older than 18 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who participated in other clinical trials 3 months before enrollment in this study; 2. Patients who cannot cooperate with this study for any reason; 3. Patients with a history of tracheotomy; 4. Patients with asthma and chronic airway diseases or with trachea bleeding or upper respiratory tract inflammation; 5. Patients whose airway mucosa has been damaged after entering the room; 6. Patients with tracheal or bronchial tumor organ transplantation; 7. Patients younger than 18 years old; 8. Patients with a history of two or more endotracheal intubation; 9. Patients who are considered unsuitable for inclusion in this study; 10. Patients with neck tumor or upper and middle esophageal tumor compression.
