50 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 50-80 years (including 50 and 80 years old) who can walk independently; 2. The whole spine lateral film of the patient showed compression fracture of thoracolumbar (below 6 thoracic) segment with kyphosis. The BMD absolute value of lumbar spine (L1-L4) or total hip is consistent with: - t value = 10 degrees; 4. Patients receiving anti osteoporosis treatment (including physical therapy and drug therapy); 5. Patients who voluntarily received brace therapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with bone and metabolic diseases: various metabolic bone diseases, such as osteomalacia or osteogenesis imperfecta, which may interfere with the interpretation of research findings; Paget's disease; Cushing's syndrome; hyperprolactinemia; 2; 2. Patients with various immune system diseases who are using glucocorticoids; 3. Patients with Parkinson's disease which affect balance function; 4. Non operative treatment of new vertebral fracture time < 6 weeks; 5. Whole body: various laboratory examination abnormalities, which the researchers think will hinder the subjects from completing the study or interfere with the interpretation of the research results; 6. Abnormal liver and kidney function affected the drug treatment.
