Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old; 2. Patients with retinal detachment treated by scleral buckling; 3. Those who have closed the retinal hole; 4. Subjects with successful retinal reattachment; 5. Patients with persistent residual subretinal fluid for more than 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The object of pregnancy; 2. The patients whose refractive medium is so turbid that they can't see the fundus clearly; 3. Patients who need treatment due to trauma, tumor, severe bleeding, endophthalmitis and other diseases during the follow-up period; 4. Patients who cannot be followed up as required and cannot cooperate with corresponding examinations.
