Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coronary heart disease who met the diagnostic criteria of the Ministry of health of the people's Republic of China in 2010, and the coronary artery DSA examination showed multiple coronary artery lesions; 2. Patients with low and medium risk of coronary heart disease according to the cardiovascular disease professional committee of Chinese Rehabilitation Medical Association in 2006; 3. Low risk patients: no angina symptoms or ischemic changes in ECG during exercise or recovery period, no complex arrhythmia caused by rest or exercise, and left ventricular ejection fraction > 50%; 4. Moderate risk patients: moderate exercise (5.0-6.9mets) or angina pectoris symptoms or ECG ischemic changes during recovery period, no complex ventricular arrhythmia during rest or exercise, and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of 40-49%; 5. Patients aged 30-80 years old; 6. Patients who agree to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with understanding and cognitive disorders and mental disorders; 2. Patients with unstable angina pectoris or myocardial infarction within 2 weeks; 3. Patients with uncontrolled serious arrhythmia; 4. Patients who are not easy to control hypertension; 5. Patients whose resting heart rate is still more than 100 beats / min after drug control; 6. Patients with grade 4 cardiac function; 7. Patients with coronary heart disease with acute complications and patients with coronary heart disease classified as high risk by cardiac rehabilitation risk; 8. Patients with pericarditis or myocarditis in active stage; 9. Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 10. Patients with severe infection; 11. Patients with moderate or above aortic stenosis; 12. Patients with new deep vein thrombosis and thrombophlebitis; 13. Patients with aortic dissection and other aneurysms; 14. Patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower limbs; patients with physical intolerance to exercise and limb motor dysfunction after stroke; 15. Patients with abnormal water, electrolyte and metabolism.
