Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) According to the 2015 MDS clinical diagnostic criteria, patients with clinically confirmed Parkinson's disease had frozen gait during the course of disease, and the third item of fog-q scale was >= 1 point; 2) The patient or his legal guardian agreed to participate in the trial and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Recently, there is a special person to guide regular exercise, or patients are not beginners of Wuqinxi. 2) Patients with severe organic diseases (malignant tumor, coronary heart disease, uncontrollable hypertension or diabetes, respiratory failure, renal insufficiency requiring dialysis maintenance, etc.), and they are not suitable for the participants due to the doctor's assessment that they may have major health risks in the near future. *Malignant tumor includes patients who have a history of malignant tumor and need to receive radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the past one year or in the future *Coronary heart disease: Patients with recurrent chest discomfort or coronary artery stenosis rate >= 50% confirmed by imaging within 3 years *Uncontrollable hypertension refers to patients who take antihypertensive drugs regularly for one month and whose blood pressure is still higher than 140 / 90mmHg *Uncontrollable diabetes refers to the patients whose fasting blood glucose is higher than 7 mmol / L or postprandial blood glucose is higher than 11.1 mmol / L after 1 month of medication according to the doctor's advice 3) PD patients who have received relevant surgical treatment (including pallidotomy, thalamic lesion, deep brain stimulation or organ transplantation). 4) Patients with severe dementia, namely MMSE score < 10. 5) According to the doctor's evaluation, the patients who are seriously ill and can not complete the follow-up physical exercise or are not suitable for the group.
