Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.(1)Sleep onset latency or wake time after sleep onset >= 30 minutes for 3 or more nights per week;(2)Complaint of persistent (over 3 month) difficulties initiating or maintaining sleep despite adequate opportunity for sleep;(3)Focus on insomnia day and night, worrying excessively about the consequences of insomnia;(4)The amount of sleep and/or unsatisfactory quality of sleep caused obvious distress or affected social and occupational functions. 2. PSQI score> 10 points; 3. Aged between 18 and 60 years old; 4. The education level is above junior high school culture (including junior high school culture); 5. The subject voluntarily participates in the study and has signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with severe physical or mental illness; 2. People with abnormal sleep rhythm or other types of sleep disorders; 3. Substance abuse or sedative hypnotic drug dependence; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Shift work.
