Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ultrasound examination was diagnosed as thyroid nodules, the indications of the thyroid nodules, and were prepared to receive patients with thyroid nodules, fnaand pathological examination. (2) the patient was aged 70 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Thyroid nodule US-FNAB contraindication: bleeding tendency, significantly prolonged emergence and coagulation time, and significantly decreased prothrombin activity; The puncture route may damage the adjacent vital organs;Long-term use of anticoagulants;Frequent coughing, swallowing and other difficulties to cooperate; Reject the invasive examiner; Puncture site infection should be treated before puncture. (2) patients with other malignant tumors or other diseases that may affect life expectancy; (3) Patients who refuse to undergo genetic testing.
