Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The diagnosis of primary lung cancer was clear; (2) the types of lung cancer were confirmed by histopathology or cytology: squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, large cell carcinoma and undifferentiated cancer; (3) no anti-tumor treatment was conducted in the past; (4) no history of other malignant tumors; (5) body mass index was based on the value at admission (BMI = weight / height 2) )According to the WHO Asian classification criteria, low body weight group (BMI = 28.00kg / m2); (6) smoking index = number of cigarettes per day x years of smoking, smoking index > 400 was defined as high-risk population of lung cancer, = 70 points; (10) the possible drug-related side effects during the treatment were informed and informed consent was signed; (11) the patient's medical records and follow-up data were complete.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) pregnant and lactating women, or recent family planning; (2) patients with severe heart failure, respiratory failure, renal dysfunction and other important organ dysfunction; (3) patients with previous or existing mental symptoms.
