18 Years to 98 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Complete basic data of the patient; 2. All patients received endotracheal intubation or laryngeal mask airway general anesthesia; 3. The American society of anesthesiologists ASA class I ~ III; 4. No pulmonary infection was confirmed by preoperative clinical signs, symptoms and laboratory tests.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute respiratory infection, oral infection, chronic respiratory diseases (COPD, etc.), hypoproteinemia, blood system diseases, immune deficiency and malignant tumor before operation; 2. Preoperative AST and/or ALT of patients with severe liver dysfunction are 3 times higher than the upper limit of normal value, and severe renal dysfunction requires dialysis; 3. Incomplete information; 4. Patients involved in other clinical drug studies in recent three months.
