Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with diagnosis of premature ovarian failure in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology of Prince of Wales University Hospital in HONG KONG -cessation of menses for more than 4 month, serum follicle stimulating hormone >40 IU/L -with desire to have own genetic child have both ovaries present and normal uterine cavity
