1 Years to 6 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 12 months-6 years; 2. ASA I~II; 3. History of foreign body aspiration; 4. Preoperaitve oximetry at or above 97% without oxygen supplement; 5. Plan for rigid bronchoscopic foreign body removal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Upper airway obstruction; 2. Known or predicted difficult tracheal intubation; 3. Known or predicted difficult mask ventilation; 4. Congenital heart or lung diseases; 5. BMI over 30; 6. Contraindication for neuromuscular blockade; 7. Risk of reflux and aspiration; 8. Allergy to any drug used in anesthesia or surgery.
