Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experimental group A. Diagnosed as primary angle-closure glaucoma; B. Haven't performed laser treatment or anti-glaucoma surgery. Control group: A. Diagnosed as age-related cataract; B. Uncorrected visual acuity >= 0.1, corrected visual acuity >= 0.3; C. Never had cataract surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Experimental group A. Have medical history of ocular trauma, fundus disease or any intraocular surgery; B. Have serious systemic diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, heart failure, cerebrovascular accident, malignant tumor, etc.; C. Local or systemic application of corticosteroid for long-term; D. With active hepatitis B, hepatitis C, syphilis or AIDS. Control group: A. With any type of glaucoma; B. Have medical history of ocular trauma, fundus disease or any intraocular surgery; C. Have serious systemic diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, heart failure, cerebrovascular accident, malignant tumor, etc.; D. Local or systemic application of corticosteroid for long-term; E. With active hepatitis B, hepatitis C, syphilis or AIDS.
