Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of acute coronary syndrome; 2. Patients older than 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 1 DM; 2. Patients with malignant tumour; 3. Patients with Chronic inflammatory diseases,including Rheumatoid immune disease; 4. Patients with bleeding or history of undergoing EPO or blood transfusion; 5. Pregnant patients; 6. Patients with cardiac arrest.
