30 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Primary PD patients (according to the PD diagnostic criteria of MDS); taking levodopa for at least 30 days; (2) To sign the the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney and other serious physical diseases; 2. Severe electrolyte disturbance, infection, and malignancy; 3. Severe anxiety, depression, mental and behavioral disorders; 4. Patients who fails to take medication as prescribed or takes medication irregularly; 5. Unable to cooperate with medical history inquiry, nervous system physical examination and scale examination; 6. Allergic to PKG bracelet material.
