18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for severe pneumonia in the eighth edition of "Internal Medicine"; 2. The patient receives mechanical ventilation: the duration of mechanical ventilation is> 7 days or at least one offline failure; 3. Aged 18-75 years old; 4. The condition is relatively stable during treatment (Vital signs are stable, blood gas index: PH 7.35-7 7. 45, PaO2>=60mmHg, FiO2<=0.40, PaCO2=40+/-5mmHg); 5. The patient agrees to this study and can cooperate in completing cardiorespiratory endurance training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The hemodynamics is unstable and requires more than two vasoactive drugs; 2. The overall condition is poor, unable to complete cardiorespiratory endurance training; 3. Coma or moderately impaired cognitive function; 4. Malignant tumors; 5. Multiple organ failure; 6. The patient refused relevant treatment.
