Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosed as a PJS patient with typical intestinal polyp symptoms; Healthy volunteers are those with normal enteroscopy; 2) Aged 18 to 80 years old; 3) Obtain written informed consent,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who have had major gastrointestinal surgery (cholecystectomy and appendectomy) within 5 years, and major bowel resection; 2) Inflammatory bowel disease, including ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease or uncertain colitis, irritable bowel syndrome, persistent infectious gastroenteritis, colitis or gastritis; 3) Intestinal ulcers, intestinal bleeding, abdominal pain, indigestion, tenesmus or difficulty defecation; 4) Have taken antibiotics, antifungal drugs, laxatives, antidiarrheals, antidepressants or probiotics that affect the intestinal flora 4 weeks before or after enrollment.
