Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The preoperative examination data was diagnosed as gastric cancer without surrounding tissue invasion and distant metastasis; (2) The imaging examination assessed the tumor to be within T3 and the largest transverse diameter of the tumor (consisting of the tumor and infiltrating gastric wall and mesentery)< 4 cm and intraoperative laparoscopic exploration of the tumor did not invade the serous membrane; (3) Body mass index <30 kg/m2; (4) No contraindications to laparoscopic surgery; (5) No history of preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy; (6) No vagina narrow, sticky.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pyloric obstruction, gastric perforation, etc. require emergency surgery; 2. Recurrence or multiple primary cancers; 3. Neoadjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy have been performed; 4. There are contraindications to laparoscopic surgery.
