Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Severe blepharoptosis, the upper eyelid covered the cornea about 1 / 2 or more, the levator palpebrae muscle strength was less than 4.0 mm; the bell sign was positive before operation, except for the dysfunction of extraocular muscles

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with non severe ptosis
