Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the British PD brain bank standard; (2) No clear family history of PD; (3) Aged >50 years; (4) Onset time within 1 year; (5) Combined constipation group must meet the Rome VI criteria for functional constipation; (6) The patient signs an informed consent form and agrees to the investigator to collect clinical data and samples of peripheral blood, saliva, urine, and feces.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Late stage of PD treatment (deep brain stimulation, continuous levodopa duodenal perfusion and subcutaneous injection of apomorphine); (2) cognitive decline (Mini-Mental State Examination score <27); (3) Yes History of inflammatory bowel disease, cancer, gastrointestinal surgery; (4) A clear history of brain trauma, cerebral palsy, encephalitis and other organic brain diseases; (5) Those with a clear diagnosis of other mental diseases; (6) There was a record of antibiotic use within 6 weeks before inclusion; (7) Abuse of laxatives, use of anticholinergic drugs, need parenteral nutrition support treatment, mushy or watery stool (Bristol stool classification is 6 Type and Type 7).
