Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In the control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups 1. Age matched patients were selected from the first hospital of Hebei Medical University for physical examination; 2. Patients with OSAHS were excluded after voluntary polysomnography (PSG); Only OSAS group 1. Adult patients who were in the Department of Otolaryngology, the first hospital of Hebei Medical University, and were monitored by PSG; 2. According to the international standard of OSAS, the patients were divided into three groups according to the apnea hypopnea index (AHI) and the degree of hypoxemia (SaO2) (1) Mild group( AHI:5 ~15; SaO2:85~90) (2) Moderate group (AHI > 15 ~ 30; SaO2: 80 ~ 85); (3) Severe group (AHI > 30; SaO2 0.05).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusive criteria of OSAHS group were as follows 1. Patients who have received any medical treatment for OSAHS (including devices and drugs); 2. Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, interstitial lung disease, heart failure, chronic liver disease, chronic renal failure, tumor and psychiatric patients; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Patients with cardiovascular risk factors.
