Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. paroxysmal atria fibrillation; 2. severe symptom; 3. refractory to Class Ic or III anti-arrhythmia medication; 4. Aged 18-75 years old male and female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. mitral valve disease; 2. heart failure,LVEF less than 35%; 3. severe coronary disease; 4. left atrial thrombus; 5. pulmonary hypertension; 6. severe hypertension; 7. thyroid disfunction; 8. history stroke in 6-12 months; 9. hypersensitivity to warfarin or other anti-thrombus medication; 10. severe liver or kidney function; 11. cancer; 12. pregnancy.
