Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50 to 85 years (inclusive) at the time of enrollment; 2. Male or female; 3. The AD, MCI and SCD; 3. subjects are diagnosed according to the NIA-AA 2011 criteria, Petersen/IWG 2004 criteria, Jessen SCD framework, respectively; 4. Have at least 6 years of education and have physical, hearing, speech, literacy and language capacity to participate in all neuropsychological testing; 5. Be able to cooperate in all the retinal imaging/assessment; 6. Willing and able to give informed consent by GCP and local guidance. The written informed consent signed by the participants or the legal representative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. personal or family history of psychiatric disorders, Lewy body dementia, frontal temporal dementia, Vascular dementia, Parkinson's disease, Huntington disease, and Multiple Sclerosis, hydrocephalus, amongst others; 2. history of glaucoma, retinal detachment, optic neuropathy, other optic nerve diseases and retinal vascular disorders such as age-related macular degeneration, ocular trauma, a cataract that disturb visual and OCT examination, and other ocular disorders; 3. Major medical illnesses or unstable medical condition in the opinion of the investigator may interfere with the participants ability to comply. with study procedures.
