Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were patients with severe hand injuries who attended the emergency department of the Sixth Peoples Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University during the study period. The specific definitions are as follows: (1) Complete severance involving single or multiple fingers, without any connecting tissue between the proximal and distal ends of the injured location (2) Incomplete severance involving single or multiple fingers, damage to both finger arteries, and insufficient distal blood supply to ensure survival of the affected finger (3) A complete severance involving the palm of the hand refers to the absence of any connecting tissue between the proximal and distal ends of the injured location (4) Incomplete severance involving the palm, the blood supply of any finger at the distal end is insufficient to ensure its survival (5) Hand injury
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The affected hand and the contralateral upper extremity have undergone surgery in the past 6 months (2) The patient plans to perform surgery on either side of the upper limb (3) Suffer from other diseases such as: systemic or inflammatory joint disease (rheumatoid arthritis), other muscle and joint or nervous system diseases that affect upper limb function (4) Suffer or have had cancer or other malignant tumors (5) Pregnancy (6) Body mass index (BMI)> 40 kg / m2 (7) Inability to understand written and spoken Chinese (8) Have any history of mental or mental illness
