Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to NAFLD diagnostic criteria: fatty liver confirmed by abdominal B-ultrasound, and the history of excessive drinking was excluded: alcohol equivalent of less than 30 g / D in men, less than 20 g / D in women, and other special conditions leading to fatty liver: alcoholic liver disease (ALD), genotype 3 HCV Infection, autoimmune hepatitis, hepatolenticular degeneration and other specific liver diseases can lead to fatty liver, combined with foreign drugs (tamoxifen, amiodarone, sodium valproate, methotrexate, glucocorticoid, etc.), total parenteral nutrition, inflammatory bowel disease, chylosis, hypothyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, ß - lipoprotein deficiency, lipoatrophic diabetes, Mauriac Syndrome, etc; 2. Aged 18-65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with limited movement diseases, such as fractures; 2. Patients with hyperthyroidism, diabetes mellitus and poor control of hypertension; 3. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 4. Attend weight loss classes; 5. Pregnant women.
