0.5 Years to 14 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children needing ventilation who is older than 6 months old whith GCS above 3 when admitted

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. children with history of diaphragmatic paralysis or neuromuscular disease; 2. or children with convulsive status; 3. children with history of ventilation in at least 6 months; 4. with trauma that would interfere the Ultrasonic examination or rehabilitation; 5. expectation to be liberated from ventilator in < 24 hours; 6. presence of tracheostomy; 7. high cervical spine injury.
