Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Inclusion of positive samples: About 100 blister fluid or serum samples were collected from virus-infected vesicular skin patients, and relevant clinical history data of all subjects were collected. The blister fluid or serum of patients with clinically confirmed herpes zoster was taken as the object of study in the disease group. 2) The inclusion of negative samples: Collect the virus infection vesiculobullous skin blister fluid and serum of 100 cases patients, statistical analysis of the basic information of the research object, such as gender, age, and assess the negative specificity of allergic pathogen detection reagent, analyze the abnormal samples, focus on the reagent in the blocker, the influence of surfactants on the reagent nonspecific.
