Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A patient with hyperlipidemia and pancreatitis was admitted to the Department of critical medicine, Ya'an people's hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients younger than 16 years old; 2. Patients with heparin allergy; 3. Patients with systemic circulatory failure that are difficult to be corrected by drugs; 4. Patients with unstable heart and brain infarction; 5. Patients with cerebral hemorrhage or severe brain edema with cerebral hernia; 6. Patients with mental disorders; 7. Patients with severe coagulation disorders.
