Group 1:Local infiltration of the incision for anesthesia
Group 2:Spinal erector muscle plane block (0.375% ropivacaine) + local infiltration of incision anesthesia
Group 3:Erector spinal muscle plane block (0.375% ropivacaine mixed with 1ug/kg dexmedetomidine) + local infiltration of the incision for anesthesia

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients scheduled to undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy; (2) Aged 18 to 60 years; (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I ~ II, preoperative no serious cardiopulmonary disease, normal liver and kidney function, and no psychiatric disease; (4) Body mass index (BMI) was 18 ~ 28kg/m2; (5) All patients signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Without an escort or guardian; (2) Uncontrolled severe hypertension, severe arrhythmia and unstable angina; (3) Liver dysfunction (child-Pugh grade C or above); (4) Severe renal dysfunction (Cr clearance rate < 30 ml /min); (5) Persons with abnormal hearing and vision who are unable to communicate; (6) Neuromuscular system diseases; (7) Allergy to drugs or other contraindications; (8) Participated in additional drug clinical trials within the past 30 days.
