Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The patients were between 60 and 80 years old; (2) He underwent spinal surgery due to degenerative diseases; (3) They had good cognition and compliance, and signed informed consent; (4) The upper limb function was good.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from serious cardio cerebral pulmonary diseases, cancer, infectious diseases, spinal tumors, etc; (2) Patients who could not stand, walk or were paralyzed before operation; (3) Patients with secondary spinal surgery; (4) Interruption or modification of exercise intervention program.
