Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Laparoscopic pancreatoduodenectomy, age 18-75 years, ASA I-III, BMI between 18-30.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with allergic history of parecoxib sodium for injection or other NSAIDs or known hypersensitivity to sulfonamides; 2. Patients with active peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding; 3. Patients with congestive heart failure (NYHA II-IV); 4. Patients with confirmed ischemic heart disease, peripheral arterial and / or cerebrovascular disease; 5. Severe liver function injury (serum albumin = 10) and elderly patients with weight less than 50kg; 6. Patients with severe mental illness or anxiety, depression or sleep disorder; 7. Patients who have used non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs during perioperative period; 8. Patients with understanding and audio-visual communication disorder; 9. Lower limb dysfunction or long-term bed rest; 10. Patients with endocrine diseases such as diabetes, hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism; 11. Previous history of gastrointestinal diseases and abdominal surgery.
